Return Policy

We hope you enjoy everything you buy from YALA. If you need to make a return, YALA has implemented an easy and convenient return system.

When you receive your order, please save packaging and tags in the case of a return. Inspect you new items, make sure they are what you are expecting. We want you to love your new YALA bamboo!

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.  Repackage your return in its original condition, free of pet hair and odors such as perfume or smoke, in the original plastic bag.

Returns must arrive at YALA’s return facility within 30 days of the initial purchase date. 

YALA reserves the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our return facility.

Final Sale Items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. See the 'Sales and Discounts' section for further explanation.

Please be aware that opened, non-defective bedding is not returnable.

Returns are closely monitored to identify possible misuse or abuse of our policies. YALA reserves the right to limit or refuse returns that do not meet the return policy terms.

Please return and exchange items in their original plastic bag to help ensure the life of the product while in transit.

Exchanges
YALA offers free exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date for an alternative size or color.  YALA ships exchanges for free. If the item(s) you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. 
Final Sale items cannot be exchanged. New items cannot be added to exchange orders. If you’d like to order new products in addition to an exchange, please place a new order for those items. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our return facility.

 

Refunds
There is an $8.95 processing fee for all domestic returns. To print a prepaid shipping label, enter your order information in the Returns Portal. The $8.95 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund when YALA receives and approves your return. 
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of arrival at our return facility. Please allow up to 3 weeks and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Canadian customers are responsible for creating their own return labels and covering the cost of all return shipping. YALA does not refund return shipping costs to Canada. 
 
Sales & Discounts
Please be aware that items purchased on sale at 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. This includes all items on YALA’s Sale Page. Site-wide and flash sale discounts only apply for the period indicated. We do not extend sale prices to purchases before or beyond the sale date. Gift Returns
Gift recipients can request store credit or exchange. Gifts are not eligible for refunds. Gift returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unwashed and unworn. Apparel must be free from pet hair and odors, with their original tags attached. If store credit is selected, it will be issued in the gift recipient's name. Use our Returns Portal to initiate a gift exchange for a different size or color.
 
Gifts purchased at a discount of 30% or more are Final Sale Items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please be aware that opened, non-defective bedding is not returnable.
 
Third-Party YALA Purchases
YALA does not process returns purchased from retail partners who carry YALA products. If you bought your YALA product at a store or website other than yaladesigns.com, please contact the retailer directly.
